Since I was buying a used vehicle their full disclosure policy went a long way in making me feel confident in my decision. Where other dealerships failed to listen to what I wanted in a vehicle, or tried to obfuscate their pricing through trade in value the staff at Toyota were on the same page with me the whole way and encouraged me to take my time and shop extensively before making a decision. This isn’t the kind of service you can take for granted anymore, but that everyone should know and appreciate when they see it.
