We couldn’t be happier with the service that we received from Lethbridge Toyota. We drove 1100kms in the snow to trade-in and buy our vehicle. They were prompt, courteous, and first to the table with ‘extras’ that helped seal the deal. A minor set back was handled professionally and we were back on the road in a few hours. Scott and Heinrich were a pleasure to deal with and when it comes time to look for another vehicle I’ll be coming back to Lethbridge! Thanks guys!!

That was the simplest easiest truck purchase I've ever had. Especially on a Saturday afternoon. Out of the door by 3 pm in my new truck. I'm totally impressed. I recommend Lethbridge Toyota to anyone looking for buy new or used vehicles.

Great staff. I hadn't seen Mike in service for some time. I had my mask on and he still greeted me using my name. Wasn't sure he would recognize me. Ross does an awesome job with your shuttle vehicle. Very friendly and accommodating. Sarah took my call to book both my vehicles in for servicing and always is very helpful. Always knows what to do next on my vehicles and I have never felt that she has suggested maintenance that I didn’t need. Very important for a customer to feel that way. Great job. Please tell these people I appreciate their service. Thanks
